As much of the coursework is delivered online, there are significant advantages for both students and trainers. If the main trainer were to become sick or injured, another trainer could continue to teach the course without the students being adversely affected. This is due to the flexible nature of the online delivery format.

This can be particularly advantageous if the students are involved in production work where hours might be irregular and varied or for students who work at a faster pace than others.
