This involves the development of your organisations profile as a Registered Training Organisation, including staff handbooks, candidate handbooks, assessment policies, qualification registers and online management. Through this development National Technical Training will provide in-house training of your staff and assistance with the understanding of the AQTF (Australian Quality Training Framework) requirements including the Essential Standards of registration and your compliance obligations and responsibilities for the ongoing management of an RTO.

Throughout this service, provision is made for the development and submission of your organisation training documents including: Learning and Assessment Strategy, Delivery and Assessment documents, training plans, assessment tools, units of work, lesson plans, resource workbooks (texts) and training materials designed specifically for your organisation’s requirements and available resources. Also included is assistance with the completion of the RTO application documents including evidence collection and collating, partnership agreements, insurance and tax requirements, sampling, client market research, staffing and resource audits.

This service also offers Audit support for the initial registration desk audit and the first site audit including the preparation for audit, representation of your company at these audits and assistance in meeting compliance, as well as representation and assistance at quarterly intervals for internal audits for the first 12 months.
