Issue:
All Saints Anglican School has been delivering Certificate II and III Live Production, Theatre and Events courses successfully for several years, however with an increase in student numbers and events within the school teachers and trainers found they were unable to keep up with training and paperwork commitments.

Solution:
National Technical Training products were adopted to standardise delivery of materials between trainers as well as provide a user-friendly solution to classroom delivery. The Online Learning Environment was easily implemented into the school by using existing computer labs with Internet access, and students were able to complete activities or move ahead in their studies from home. National Technical Training also provides workshop services for units that school trainers either don't have the time, or necessary qualifications, to deliver.

Through a joint partnership agreement, NTT and ASAS work hand in hand to provide a high standard of training that is reflective of industry requirements and meets the satisfaction of is students, apprentice employers and registration requirements. All Saints Anglican School delivers the bulk of the practical training for students while National Technical Training assess the underlying theoretical knowledge to support student learning. During the yearly audit process, whether this be internal or external, NTT provides support for the school through discussions and suggestions on programme development, staff training and placements for industry currency requirements, continuous improvement outcome strategies and resource updates. These solutions have allowed the school to increase training numbers while cutting paperwork and administration time dramatically. The partnership has been hugely successful for both organisations.
