National Technical Training has the following policy regarding the refund of any tuition fees paid for training:

• A full refund will be given for training not yet commenced, and
• After training has commenced, a 20% adminitration will be charged and no refund will be given for any units/portion of training that has been started or completed.

Please note: All tuition fees must be paid upfront in full before the commencement of training (student loans exempt). Notice of cancellation must be provided to National Technical Training in writing.
